A standard proof will give you an idea of what your actual shirt(s) would like based on the information you submitted to us.  Proofs are emailed to you as attachment JPEG Bitmap files unless you request a different file format.  All proofs include free price quote and revisions.  Your standard proof will be processed in 5 business days or less.  What is a expedited proof? A expedited proof is the same as a standard proof except your proof will be processed in 2 business days or less.  Is there a quality differance between a standard and expedited proof? We commit the same time and effort designing all proofs. Why do standard (free) proofs take so long to be processed? Free is not fast.  Paying customers take preference over customers who opt not to purchase a expedited proof.  Why do you need a valid email address? Email is only used to send information that a visitor has requested.  We respect your privacy.  We do not send unsolicited "junk" email (spam).  We are in the business of selling t-shirts and not your personal information.  Why do you charge for expedited proofs? In the past, all proofs were free.  Unfortunately, we had people requesting too many proofs with no intentions of purchasing the actual shirt(s).  We recommend purchasing expedited proofs to minimize any delay with your proof request.  If you decide to purchase your actual shirt(s), we will substract your proof charge from your final invoice.  When do I pay for my expedited proof? All proof requests are subject to our approval based on our Disclaimer and Terms of Use Agreement.  If your expedited proof is approved, we will email you confirmation in 1 business day or less with payment instructions.  Once payment is received, your expedited proof will be processed in 2 business days or less.  Am I obligated to buy a shirt if I request a proof? No. Thats why you request a proof to get an idea of what your actual shirt would look like before you buy it.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are not obligated to purchase the actual shirt.  Are proofs auto computer generated when I submit my request? No. Proof Requests are reviewed for approval first.  Then, custom designed by a real person. Are proof revisions free? Yes, All revisions are free with no obligation to buy actual shirt(s) if you are not satisfied with your initial proof.  Please feel free to reply with any reasonable changes.  Do you have a expedited proof money back guarantee? Yes, If you are not satisfied with your expedited proof and opt not to purchase the actual shirt, you will receive a full refund.  No hassle, no strings attached. Is there a limit to how many standard proof requests I can submit? For consideration of other customers requesting standard proofs, only 1 proof request will be processed per email address at a time.  Please wait until you are satisfied with your standard proof before requesting your next proof request.    Is there a limit to how many expedited proof requests I can submit? Multiple expedited proof requests are welcome, you don't have to wait to request additional proofs.  Customers who purchase expedited proofs take perference over customers who requested standard proofs.  I did not receive my proof request approval via email within 1 Business Day? If you do not receive any emails from us, check your spam folder or you may have submitted an invalid email address.  Proof requests received without a valid email address will be voided.  Also, you must agree to our Disclaimer and Terms of Use Agreement by checking the box below your email address.  Why do I have to agree to your Disclaimer and Terms of Use Agreement? We have no attentions of scaring you by accepting our Disclaimer and Terms of Use Agreement.  We run a honest business but, unfortunately we live in a "Lawsuit Happy" society and we are just protecting ourselves as web site owners.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Do you offer multiple shirt discount? We currently do not have a price break for ordering multiple shirts.  All shirts are made to order and take the same amount of time to produce.  We do offer a shipping discount which is $3 per invoice regardless of how many shirts are ordered. Why is my quote price higher than the $17.95 advertised price? Please note all shirts start at $17.95 which includes single color Team Name on both sides of shirt and optional year and Fantasy Sport with icon on back of shirt under Team Name.  All other requests are subject to additional charges which are listed on our price list. I made a mistake on the shirt I purchased, can I exchange that shirt or get a refund? Since these shirts are custom made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.  Please double check your spelling and proof requirements before you submit your order.  All sales are final unless we made the mistake.  If we made an error with any shirt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace that shirt for free. What is a Silhouette Image?
